about "fifty meter road"

I created this blog as a way to combine some of my favorite things: traveling, photography and writing. Before every trip, I love reading travel blogs to help me plan my trips and get inspired. This is exactly what has motivated me to start my own blog and share my experiences. Whether you're looking for a new destination to add to your bucket list or practical tips to help you plan your next adventure, I hope my posts can be a helpful part of your journey.

"Why the name 'fifty meter road'?" you may ask yourself. Well you see I asked myself the same question. There is absolutely no deep meaning behind it, other than it being a line from one of my favorite songs. Go listen to "silver tongues" by Louis Tomlinson :)

about me

Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm 22 years old, from Germany, and I've always enjoyed traveling. For quite a while I played with the idea of starting a travel blog. After getting a camera in the summer of 2024 and seeing how much better my photos turned out, I finally decided to go for it.

I'm currently going to university, so all of my travels (and this blog) happen alongside my studies. Most of my travels so far have been within Europe, but hopefully one day I get to explore beyond Europe as well. My goal for now is to visit every European country - and who knows, maybe someday I'll make it to every country in the world ;)

Thanks for being here and stick around to see where the journey goes!
